TopTool provides online utilities for file conversion, image and document work, text processing, calculations, developer tasks, payment-card helpers, and public media URL analysis. Many tools run locally in your browser. Some features, such as blog images or media URL metadata analysis, may contact TopTool servers.

You may use TopTool only for lawful purposes and only with content you own, have permission to use, or are otherwise legally allowed to process.

Public media URL tools are intended to inspect publicly available metadata and direct source links when a source site exposes them. TopTool does not provide account sessions, bypass paywalls, remove DRM, defeat access controls, or host media files for users.

Do not use TopToolto infringe copyright, violate a platform's terms, copy content without permission, or distribute material you are not allowed to use.

TopTool is provided as-is. We work to keep tools accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free output, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them.

You agree not to abuse the service, overload endpoints, automate requests in a way that harms availability, attempt to access private systems, upload or process unlawful material, or interfere with security and rate limits.
