These terms apply to toptool.io, operated by Softforge Digital LTD, registered in England and Wales (company number 16621737), 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom (“we”). By using the site or submitting a listing you agree to them.

The directory

TopTool lists third-party software. We describe products from their public information in good faith, but we do not control them and do not guarantee their availability, pricing or fitness for your purpose. Check the product’s own terms before you buy or use it.

Submitting and managing listings

• Listing is free. You must be allowed to submit the product, and what you submit must be accurate.
• You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, edit for length and clarity, and display the text and logo you provide, for as long as the listing is on TopTool.
• Every listing is reviewed under our editorial policy. We may decline, edit, suspend or remove a listing that breaks it.
• Proving control of a website makes you its verified owner on TopTool. Do not attempt to claim products you do not control.
• We do not promise any traffic, sales, search ranking or indexing.

Accounts

You sign in with a one-time email link. Keep access to your email secure. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for the third-party products listed here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
