About MyFitnessPal
MyFitnessPal is a nutrition and exercise tracking app. Users log meals against a large food database that includes restaurant items and recipes, and track calories, macros, vitamins and other micronutrients, weight and exercise. Logging options include search, Barcode Scan, Meal Scan (photo recognition) and Voice Log. Newer features include an AI Nutrition Coach that gives suggestions based on the diary, and logging of GLP-1 medication doses and side effects. It syncs steps, weight and workouts with 40+ apps and devices. The free plan covers nutrition, weight and exercise tracking; Premium adds barcode and meal scan, voice log, custom macro goals, intermittent fasting, food insights and ad-free logging.
