About Asana
Asana is a work management platform where teams plan and track tasks and projects in list, board, calendar, timeline and Gantt views, with custom fields, forms, rules and reporting. Higher plans add portfolios, goals, resource and capacity planning, approvals and admin controls such as SAML and SCIM. Its Work Graph links people, tasks, projects and goals. AI Teammates are prebuilt agents (such as a project manager or compliance manager) that work inside workflows, and AI Studio lets teams build AI automations. Asana also offers Service Management, Client Management and developer-focused products. Apps run on the web, Mac, Windows, iOS and Android.

The free Personal plan is limited to 2 users. Timeline/Gantt views start on Starter, and goals, portfolios and resource management need Advanced.

As of October 2026 the pricing page lists Personal free (up to 2 users), Starter $10.99 and Advanced $24.99 per user/month billed annually, with Enterprise and Enterprise+ via sales. Monthly-billing prices were not captured (yearly saves up to 18%).
