About Todoist
Todoist is a task manager from Doist for personal and team to-do lists. Tasks can be captured with natural-language Quick Add that picks up dates and priorities, then sorted into projects, sections, labels and custom filter views, and shown as lists, boards or a calendar layout. It supports recurring due dates, sub-tasks, reminders, deadlines, task durations, comments and file uploads, plus templates and 90+ integrations. Todoist Assist adds AI helpers for filters, tasks and email, and Ramble for capturing tasks by voice. The Business plan adds a shared team workspace with roles, permissions and centralised billing. Apps cover Linux, Mac, Windows, iPhone, iPad, Android, Apple Watch, Wear OS, browsers and email.
Good for
Individuals and small teams who want fast task capture and a clean list-based system that syncs across nearly every device.
Watch out for
The free Beginner plan is limited to 5 personal projects, 3 filter views, 5 MB uploads and one week of activity history; calendar layout, reminders customisation and full reporting need Pro. Ramble voice capture is limited on the free plan.
Pricing notes
As of October 2026 the pricing page's USD data lists Pro at $5/month billed yearly ($60/year) or $7 month to month, and Business at $8 per user/month billed yearly ($96/year) or $10 monthly, plus local tax. Prices are shown in local currency by region, and teams can be created for free before paying.
