About Affinity
Affinity is a professional desktop application that merges vector illustration, pixel-based photo editing and page layout into a single app working on one .af file. It imports PSD, AI, IDML, DWG and other formats with layers preserved, supports non-destructive editing with saved undo history, and handles large documents and deep zoom. Finished work can be exported to Canva for collaboration and campaign scaling, and optional AI tools become available inside Affinity for users on a Canva premium plan. It runs natively on macOS (Apple silicon and Intel) and Windows, with an iPad version announced as coming soon. It is operated by Canva.

Watch out for
The built-in AI tools require a paid Canva premium plan. The iPad version is not yet available, and organisations needing SSO are directed to Canva Enterprise or Canva Education.
