About Animey
Animey is a web studio for making original anime series with AI. A creator describes the series and edits the drafted series bible, approves a six-view reference sheet for each character, picks voices and draws locations, then plans each episode as scenes and 5-10 second shots. Every shot is drawn, voiced and animated, and the episode is assembled with music and subtitles into a 16:9 video and a 9:16 cut, with per-scene clips, SRT/VTT subtitles and review links. There are eight art styles. Voices come from a licensed AI voice library or are designed from a text description; there is no voice upload. Content rules exclude real people, existing characters and franchises, and sexual content.
Good for
Creators who want a whole episodic series with recurring characters, not one-off clips; short-form channels that need both 16:9 and 9:16 versions; teams that want subtitles in several languages from one render.
Watch out for
Only original characters are allowed: no fan series, real people or voice cloning. Series are limited to all-ages and teen ratings. The free trial covers one series with episodes up to 60 seconds and watermarks its renders.
