About LALAL.AI

LALAL.AI is an audio separation service that removes vocals or instrumentals from music, audio and video files, and splits tracks into stems such as drums, bass, guitar, synth, strings and wind. Voice tools include a voice cleaner for background noise and plosives, an echo and reverb remover, a lead/backing vocal splitter, a voice changer and a voice cloner. It runs in the browser and as desktop apps for Windows, macOS and Linux, mobile apps for iOS and Android, VST plugins for DAWs and a developer API.

Watch out for

Minutes are charged as file length times the number of stem types selected. In the plan comparison the free Starter plan shows no result downloads, and the VST plugin, local desktop processing and API access are Pro-only.

Pricing notes

As of October 2026 the pricing page lists Starter (free, 10 minutes), Lite at $7.5/month ($90 billed annually, 90 fast-queue minutes) and Pro at $15/month ($180 billed annually, 250 fast-queue minutes), both with unlimited relaxed-queue minutes.
