About Luma (Dream Machine)
Luma Labs offers a web platform, formerly branded Dream Machine and now positioned around Luma Agents, for producing video and image assets from briefs. It includes Luma's own Ray3.2 video model (text-to-video, image-to-video, video-to-video, reframe, HDR output) and Uni image model, and also routes to third-party models such as Seedance, Kling, Veo and MiniMax. Utilities include upscaling, relighting, lip sync, audio generation and background removal. Team plans add shared credits, projects and SSO, and there is a separate API and connectors for tools like Figma and Frame.io.
Good for
Creative and marketing teams who want an agent to draft many asset variations in parallel while keeping brand references, with frame-level control from Luma's Ray model and access to other model families in one account.
Watch out for
No free plan appears on the pricing page even though the home page invites you to try for free. Credit cost varies heavily by model and resolution (for example 1080p and HDR output cost several times more than draft), so estimate usage from the published credit table.
Pricing notes
As of October 2026 the pricing page lists Plus at $30/month (10,000 credits, commercial use), Pro at $90/month (40,000 credits) and Ultra at $300/month (150,000 credits), with yearly billing saving up to 20%. Team and Enterprise plans are by contact.
