About TickTick
TickTick is a task manager and planner that combines to-do lists with calendar views (yearly, monthly, weekly, daily, agenda and multi-day), Kanban, timeline and Eisenhower Matrix views. It includes a Pomodoro focus timer, a habit tracker, countdowns for important dates, sticky notes, recurring and persistent reminders, filters, natural-language date entry and shared lists with task assignment. AI features turn voice input into tasks and summarise recordings, and the app connects to other tools through integrations, MCP and a CLI. Apps are offered for iOS and iPadOS, Android, macOS, Windows, Linux and the web, including watches.
Good for
Individuals who want tasks, calendar planning, habits and focus timing in one app at a low yearly price.
Watch out for
The free plan caps you at 9 lists with 99 tasks each, 2 reminders per task, 5 habits and one attachment per day, and calendar views are basic until you upgrade. Refunds for direct purchases are only available within 14 days.
