About Riverside
Riverside is a recording and production platform for podcasts, interviews and webinars. It records each participant locally in separate audio and video tracks, with up to 4K video and 48 kHz audio on paid plans. A text-based editor, Magic Audio enhancement, filler-word and silence removal, transcription, AI show notes and Magic Clips handle post-production. Higher plans add podcast hosting, live streaming to multiple destinations, webinars and newsletters. It runs in the browser with a Mac app and mobile apps.
Good for
Podcasters and marketing teams who record remote guests and want local-quality tracks plus editing and publishing in one service.
Watch out for
Per the pricing page, the Free plan adds a Riverside watermark, caps video at 720p and includes only 2 hours of multi-track recording. Separate-track downloads are capped in hours on every paid plan.
Pricing notes
As of October 2026 the pricing page lists Free ($0), Pro billed $288/year, Grow and Webinar each billed $408/year, and Business via sales, with a 14-day free trial on paid plans.
